try to는 어떤 목표를 이루려는
‘노력’ 자체를 강조한다.
try to뒤에는 동사원형이 따라오며,
이 ‘동사원형’이 목표이자 노력이다.

직역으로 ‘노력’이라는 단어는
종종 생략된다.
-난 살빼려고 노력하고 있어.
-난 살빼려고 하고 있어.

~하지 않으려고 노력하다는
to 앞에 not을 추가한다.
