주어 + tend to 동사원형

특정한 행동을 하는 경향/성향이 있음을 말한다.
‘~하지 않는 경향이 있다’를 표현하려면
tend not to를 사용한다.

tend to 대신 have a tendency to를
같은 의미로 사용이 가능하다.
I tend to lie =I have a tendency to lie.
